Do you crave that pizza flavor but without all the crazy calories?! Check this out! Chicken, tomato, spinach, mozzarella white yummy pizza!
Take 1 teas EVOO and warm it in a pan.
Take one brown rice wrap and sprinkle it with the mozzarella cheese. Then add grilled or baked chicken, slices grape tomatoes, Italian seasoning and a dash of sea salt. Place wrap carefully on warm pan and let it crisp up on the bottom, just enough to melt the cheese and warm the toppings! Remove the pizza and sauté spinach in seasoned pan until wilted. Season spinach wirh garlic to your liking.
Top pizza with spinach, slice and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 brown rice wrap
3/4 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup sliced grape tomatoes
3/4 cup grilled or baked chicken
1/4 cup mozzarella
1 teas of EVOO
Italian seasoning
Sea salt
1 clove minced Garlic (or garlic powder)
