Tricks & Treats for a Healthier Halloween!




Buy Candy at the LAST MINUTE! For my sweet tooth friends...keep that shit out of your house!!! They are just such a temptation! If you plan to hand out candy, pick it up on the 30th ;)


Fuel BEFORE all the Fun! If you are heading out the door to trick or treat or you are staying home passing out the candy, make sure you really enjoy a HEALTHY meal with plenty of water, veggies & protein before you start in the festivities! If you are hungry, that candy will just sit there CALLING your name!


Hit That Water Goal BEFORE the Sun Sets! 1/2 your weight in ounces of water is the goal, everyday right?! SO make sure you do that BEFORE the festivities start! Get that water IN!!! It will help EVERYTHING!


Balance is the NAME of the GAME! Halloween is 1 freaking day out of the 365/366 we have in a year SO remember... Celebrate it WITHOUT that pesky guilt! And on Nov 1st...yea drop the candy and get back to that meal plan you know serves ya! You can do this.
