Shrimp & Zoodles!


All approved and portioned. I was so hungry and this meal hit the spot! Perfect for a Friday in Lent also! For those of you who follow the fantastic Fixate Portion System here is the break down!

1 green - zucchini noodles 1 red - shrimp 1 yellow - Brown rice 1 teas - EVOO 1 blue - Romano grated cheese

I cooked the shrimp on a medium temp skillet in EVOO, garlic, parsley (2 teas of EVOO because I made two servings) I removed the shrimp when it was done and added the zucchini noodles to the seasoned pan I added Italian seasoning to the zoodles and let them cook down and really season up

Cooked the brown rice

Added everything to plate

Topped with the measured out cheese

And almost didn’t snap a pic first because I wanted to eat it so badly haha
