What is the 2B Mindset all about?
This course is Beachbody's first totally nutrition-based program. It is not a "diet" or a workout program. Its focus is on how you personally relate to food and what your mindset is about eating and nutrition. The foundation of this program is to NOT restrict food types, NOT to say no to the foods you love, NOT to portion control and still have the ability to lose the weight. How long is this program?
There is no set time frame for this course - it is a program where you learn a satisfying healthy way to eat for life guys and this program will teach you what to do to stick with it! If you are currently following a program with the container system and seeing results - keep going!!! I committed to 80DO and will finish it in July. Afterward, I plan to dive into this program (While working out because duh, give me all the muscles I can muster). It takes some serious time to get results and for your body to get used to changes.
Do we have to measure portions with this program?
Not this time! There are no containers for this program at all.
