Egg & Gluten Free Meatballs ❤️


These turned out great and stayed together! Woohoo 

Ingredients:

1 lb grass fed lean ground beef or ground turkey! 

1 cup chopped fresh spinach 

1/2 cup Romano cheese 

1/2 T of garlic powder 

1/2 T of onion power 

1/4 to 1/2 T of sea or himalayan salt depending on your preference

1/4 T of Italian seasoning blend 

  • Preheat oven @ 350

  • Lightly grease a cookie sheet with olive oil

  • Mix all together - get those hands dirty 

  • Roll into meatballs

  • Should make about 14 meatballs!

  • Bake for 18-20 mins depending on your oven - until meatball temp is 160 degrees 

  • ENJOY!
