You may think that a great gluten, dairy free pizza does not exist. But this right here was delicious! Yes I made it myself but it didn't take much time at all.

First the ingredients.
1) you will need a gf/df crust! My current fav..."Trust the Crust" Califlower Crust.
2) A pack of mushrooms - sliced
3) one clove of garlic - minced
4) turkey sausage - nitrate free (I like the Shady Brook Farms Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage)
5) 1 cup of spinach
6) 1/2 cup black olives - sliced
7) a generous sprinkle or two of Romano Cheese
8) Daiya Deliciously Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds
9) 2 Tsp of EVOO
10) Italian seasoning to taste.
Directions:
Crumble turkey sausage and cook on medium low heat on the stove. Once it is fully cooked removed sausage and place off to the side. In the same warm pan add sliced mushrooms and the minced garlic clove. Cook until mushrooms are slightly browned then add the sausage back to the pan and heat all together. Then add the spinach and keep stirring for a minute or two until the spinach wilts. Remove the topping mixture from heat and place to the side. Place the crust on a cookie sheet and add EVOO to the top of the crust. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning, Romano cheese, and sliced olives to the top. Then place the topping mixture on top of that, spreading out evenly over the crust. Finish it off with a sprinkle of the Daiya Cheese and a touch more Romano if you would like!
