BODi BLOCKS are here!!!

Crush your goals for three weeks straight with BODi's live and on-demand workouts. Complete five classes a week, for three weeks. Choose from one of three blocks to set your course — and show us how you're leveling up with using the hashtag #BODiBLOCK on your social.

Three Weeks of Workouts, Five Days a Week Get active and stay consistent for three weeks, five days a week. Follow a schedule of LIVE or on-demand workouts on BODi, based on what block you choose! For guidance about which workouts to take during a BODi Block challenge, our fitness experts have charted out three blocks that you may choose to follow: Burn, Build, or Ride. Only workouts completed on BODi count! Three blocks to choose from: BURN, BUILD OR RIDE Pick the block that aligns with your goals or be daring and set your own journey. 1) BURN If you’re looking to feel the burn, increase endurance and sweat it off, this block is for you. Three days of cardio and two days of resistance training each week will crank up your burn and help you build a strong metabolism plus balanced, total body strength. Don’t forget the core work! 2) BUILD Build strength and muscle with this hypertrophy-focused block. Three strength days and two days of cardio will make you feel it. (Two optional recovery workouts are built into the weekly schedule for mobility, and to help you get the most from each week.) Download this calendar!

3) RIDE A balanced blend of cycling, strength, core and flexibility to burn calories, sculpt muscle, and strengthen your midsection. Download this calendar!

You also can consider joining BODi's monthly BODi Block Challenges that happen in a BODGroup! In that group you will receive weekly recomeended program scheduls for all three block options and additional support/motivation from the BODi community! How to BODcast: To become part of the BODcast in a live BODi workout, it can only be accessed through the BOD app on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and desktop or laptop with a built-in camera or webcam. However, we do not advise joining from multiple devices. Reserve your spot in order to secure your place on the big screen! How to Reserve Your BODcast Spot: Sign up 24 hours in advance of the class start time to reserve your BODcast spot. There are only 75 available spots and they fill fast! Don’t worry, if the class is full you can still join the class to work out, you just won’t show up on screen.

BODi's Tips on how to get the BEST results when following the BODi Block workouts!

  1. Choose a block and complete at least five BODi workouts a week, for three weeks.
