Banana fudge Baked Oats!

TIPS for this 2B mindset recipe:

You can substitute Chocolate Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology for the Chocolate Plant-Based Recover. Start with 3 Tbsp. of water and add more, if desired.


• If you do not have Beachbody Performance Chocolate Plant-Based Recover (or Shakeology), serve these oats with ½ cup (125 g) Greek yogurt per serving, or pair with a protein of your choice. Without the Recover, this recipe is an FFC.


• Only make enough Recover pudding for the portions you are immediately eating. It’s ½ cup (120 ml) water + 1 scoop Plant-Based Recover per portion. Make the remaining Recover pudding portions just before eating baked oats.


• If you’re using Whey Recover, you will need less water to make the fudge. Start with 3 Tbsp. water + 1 scoop Whey Recover and add more water, if desired.


• You can also make this recipe in separate, oven-safe ramekins. Only bake them for 20 minutes.


• If you’d like a super-smooth consistency, put only your oats into the blender and blend into flour, then add the other ingredients and blend into a batter.
